We offer free shipping across India and pass on the shipping costs to customers outside India. Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
Once your bespoke designs have been submitted our master craftsmen will start the meticulous handcrafting process. Upon confirmation of your order, you shall receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Numbers: +91-9667044600 and +91-9667044700 or email us at [email protected], mentioning your order & item reference number. We shall make our best efforts to solve your complaint.
Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations
We deliver free of charge to any address in India via reputed courier partners.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you have ordered a product from the Classic Collection, the product will reach you within 3-4 business days. If you have ordered a product from our Make to Measure, Customized Collection or Exclusive collection, it will take approximately 15 to 20 business days for delivery. In stock products will be shipped within 2 working days. We ship on all week days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 5 P.M IST on any day are processed next day.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
Our delivery partners will attempt thrice before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.
If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two kinds of emails:
- Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject “Order Confirmation”. This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.
- When your order ships, you will receive an email with the subject “Order Shipment Confirmation” that contains your shipment tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.
Once you receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email for an item, you may track its shipment in any of the following four ways:
- Click the link provided in the “Order Shipment Confirmation” email.
- If you are a registered Shoeman & Co member and logged in to make your purchase, then click here to access your account. When prompted, enter your email address and password. Once logged in, select “View Order History.” For any item listed as “Shipped”, click the “[Track]” link to view progress of the shipment.
- Whether or not you are a registered Shoeman & Co member, if you have your order confirmation number handy you can click here, enter your order confirmation number and check the status of your order.
If your order appears late, you should consider the following:
- Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays.
- There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
- It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the website.
We do our best to ensure product availability for our customers. The foregoing notwithstanding, some of our products are produced in limited edition or special collections and accordingly, some products may become unavailable without prior notice. Shoeman & Co does not guarantee the availability of any product or style to its customers. In the event an order is placed for a product which is not available, you will be notified by customer service.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders to countries outside the territory of India may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a delivery duty unpaid basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, contact your local customs office.
Shoeman & Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
