You may return the merchandise unused condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. You are most welcome to try on a product but make sure you take an adequate measure to maintain its condition. The reason why we ask this is so that the product, when returned, should be in a re-sellable position as soon as it reached back to our designated warehouse. Failure of which shall lead to a delayed exchange time or even cancelling your exchange request.

On verification and approval of your complaint and product returned by our team, you will be refunded the total amount in 7 days.

We shall initiate a pick-up from your home through our courier partners at the earliest and arrange for a replacement of the merchandise, subject to the result of a detailed inquiry and quality check at our warehouse.

In case of Returns, we offer store credit valid for 365 days or a bank transfer. Once we pick up your return, our team will do the quality check at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will credit the required amount into your Shoeman & Co account or your own bank account depending on the refund mode you choose. We will process your refund/credit within 3 to 4 days and send you an email confirmation. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account.

But, if the product does not pass the quality check we shall return it to you and reject your return or exchange.


We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange any merchandise bought from Shoeman & Co within 15 days from the original date of invoice, provided that the article(s) being returned for exchange is unused, clean, and in their original state and packaging.

If you choose to exchange the product for reason of mismatch of size, color or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the product, free of cost, post our examination of the product delivered to you. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Kindly make note of the following in this regard:

  • Made-on-Order products can only be exchanged for a different size and not refunded.
  • Custom-made products like personalization on product are considered as final sale and are processed only as prepaid orders with additional customization charges applicable.
  • Customized shoes (bespoke/made-to-order) will be taken return if there will be any issue with original quality, color of material and any deviation with ordered styles and measurements only. If tailored styles and measurements are same as ordered then return will not be entertained.
  • If the payment mode was Cash On Delivery (COD), we will refund the money in Shoeman&Co. store credit, which can be used for any purchases on We offer store credit valid for 365 days.

Terms & Conditions

  • Products must not be used, washed, damaged and they must be unworn.
  • Goods must returned to our warehouse in “perfect condition and without any sign of wear”.
  • All products must be returned in their original packaging, accessories and with brand tags intact.
  • The product should be sealed in order to ensure safety during transit. Shoeman&Co. will not be held accountable in case a product is lost or damaged in transit because of unprotected packaging when being returned.
  • All articles being returned for exchange/claim must be accompanied by original Invoice.
  • No warranty/guarantee/exchange for articles purchased on discount or during sale period.
  • Articles / Product sold under any promotional scheme including but not limited to discount coupons / gift coupons issued under any promotional scheme of Shoeman&Co. or any third party will not be eligible for exchange & Claim/Refund.
  • Replacement against exchange/claims will be subject to availability of the same product. In case, the same product is not available, then replacement will be adjusted against subsequent purchase at Shoeman & Co.
  • The value of the replaced merchandise will be equal to the original purchase price of the exchanged/claimed article, as mentioned in the Invoice, irrespective of the current price of the exchanged/claimed article, at the time of the exchange/claim being made
  • If the value of the replaced article is less than the original value of the exchanged/claimed article, there will be no cash refund or credit note issued
  • If the value of the replaced article is more than original value, the Shoeman & Co will recover the difference in cash against the sale.
  • The decision of Shoeman&Co. would be considered final in all cases.

Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, customers returning items repeatedly may be refused at our discretion. Shipping charges in such cases may be charged.

Reverse Pickup

We strive to ease the pickup process for you in case of returns or exchange.

We ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner.

In the rare scenario where a pickup cannot be done in certain areas, you may ship the product through any other courier.

Important Information

The products available at Shoeman & Co are manufactured with the utmost care and stringent quality control is always maintained. However, despite this high quality assurance, there can be few odd defective ones.

We provide 100% replacement for major manufacturing defects, if the concerned product is returned in an unused condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Claims are entertained only against manufacturing defects and admissible when shoes have been appropriately used. All minor defects will be considered for repair first and not replaced.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Shoeman & Co. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Any request received post 48 hours will not be accepted.

Shoeman&Co. reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure product quality before issuing a credit. This procedure may take up to 48 hrs after the product has arrived back to our warehouse.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Since each of our product are hand finished there may be slight color variation from the displayed image or from one product to another. In such cases, if you are not happy with the color we will certainly offer you an exchange first, before straight away heading to refunds.

Any returns/exchanges by courier, must be accompanied by the original sale invoice, which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept returns which are not properly accompanied by the proper sales invoice or poorly packaged.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, then refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care. We shall ensure that replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
